Order Cancellation
If you place an order by mistake or wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after the order is placed.
An order may be canceled only if it has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, no changes can be made, including cancellations, exchanges, or refunds. Thank you for your understanding.
Refund Eligibility
All sales are final. Refunds are only considered if the item arrives damaged, in accordance with this policy.
Due to the nature of cross-border shipping and logistics, refunds cannot be provided for non-damaged items once an order has been placed.

At Bugcat Capoo Store, we strive to provide high-quality products and a positive shopping experience.
However, refunds are only considered if the item arrives damaged.
Unboxing Video Requirement (Required)
Because packages may be damaged during transit, customers must fully record the entire unboxing process, starting from the moment the parcel is opened, in order to be eligible for a refund due to damage.
The unboxing video serves as essential evidence to help us accurately assess whether the damage occurred during shipping and to ensure fairness for both our customers and our store.
For this reason, we strongly recommend recording the unboxing process for every order.
If your item arrives damaged and you have recorded the unboxing video, please contact our customer service team. We will review the video and provide further instructions if the refund request is approved.
Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us for any reason (including but not limited to an incomplete address, incorrect recipient information, or an unclaimed package), customers may choose one of the following options:

Reshipment
→ Customers will be responsible for covering the shipping cost again. -
Refund
→ Refunds, if applicable, will be issued for the item value only.
→ The original shipping cost and any handling or processing fees will be deducted from the refund.
Please note that shipping fees and handling/processing fees are non-refundable.
