Shipping Services

We use Taiwan’s national postal service, Chunghwa Post, for international shipments. Orders are shipped via the international ePacket service, which offers full end-to-end tracking through the destination country’s local postal service from the moment the parcel is dispatched.

This service provides a smoother and more reliable delivery experience, allowing customers to track their package more easily throughout the entire journey. In many destinations, parcels can be delivered without a signature and may be left in a safe place if no one is available to receive them.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the parcel’s weight, making this a cost-effective and secure option for international orders, especially for lightweight but bulkier items such as plushies.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items, the quantity ordered, and the destination country. These costs will be displayed at checkout prior to finalizing your purchase.

 

Order Dispatch

Since our supplier only dispatches goods twice a week and the post office operates only on weekdays, we cannot predict the exact shipping time for your order. However, we usually ship orders every Wednesday. Some orders may take longer to process, but in most cases, your order will be dispatched within 14 days of the purchase date.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
