Temporary Suspension of Shipments to the United States

We would like to inform you that due to a new policy announced by the U.S. government, starting August 29, 2025, the de minimis duty exemption (which previously allowed goods valued under USD $800 to enter duty-free) will be suspended.

This means that all goods sent to the U.S., regardless of value, will now be subject to customs duties. According to the new regulation, airlines must pay the duties to U.S. Customs and Border Protection before parcels can be released and handed over to USPS for delivery.

Since Chunghwa Post currently does not have a system to collect these duties from senders in advance, and airlines have not yet established a process to handle duty payments, all merchandise shipments to the U.S. are suspended starting August 26, 2025.

All orders to the U.S. that have not yet been shipped will be fully refunded shortly.

We sincerely apologize for this disruption. Unfortunately, this situation is beyond our control. We will notify you immediately once service to the U.S. resumes.

Thank you for your understanding.
